Mesl 是面向已订阅用户的 VPN 客户端（iOS、macOS、Apple TV 等平台）。本政策说明我们通过 App 收集哪些信息、如何使用，以及我们不收集什么。

我们收集的信息

• 电子邮件地址：用于登录和识别你的账号。它与你的账号关联，仅用于提供服务（登录、订阅状态、客服联系），不用于广告或跨 App 追踪。
• 订阅与用量信息：你的套餐、到期时间，以及账号已使用的流量总量（字节数）。用量由服务器侧统计，用于套餐额度计算，不包含你访问了什么。

我们不收集、不记录的信息

• 我们不记录你的浏览历史、访问的网站或 App、DNS 查询、流量内容。
• 我们不记录会把某次网络活动关联到具体用户的连接日志。
• App 不读取你的通讯录、照片、位置、广告标识符，也不包含任何第三方广告或分析 SDK。
• 我们不出售、不出租、不向第三方共享你的个人数据用于营销。

保存在你设备上的数据

登录凭证（会话令牌）保存在系统钥匙串中；节点配置、你自定义的分流规则和代理链设置只保存在本机，用于建立 VPN 连接，不会上传。退出登录或卸载 App 即会清除。

VPN 权限说明

App 使用 Apple 的 NetworkExtension（Packet Tunnel）框架建立加密隧道。开启后，设备的网络流量会经由你选择的节点转发；这些流量只用于为你提供网络连接，我们不检查、不存储其内容。

在线客服

当你主动打开“在线客服”时，会在浏览器中打开第三方客服工具（Crisp）的聊天页面，你在其中提供的信息由该服务按其隐私政策处理。

数据保留与删除

账号信息在账号存续期间保留。你可以随时通过下方邮箱申请删除账号及其关联数据，我们会在 30 天内处理。

儿童隐私

本服务不面向 13 周岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

政策变更

如本政策有重大变更，我们会更新本页并修改生效日期。

Mesl Privacy Policy

Mesl is a VPN client for existing subscribers (iOS, macOS, Apple TV and other platforms). This policy explains what we collect through the app, how we use it, and what we do not collect.

Information we collect

• Email address — used to sign in and identify your account. It is linked to your account and used only to provide the service (sign-in, subscription status, support). It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
• Subscription and usage totals — your plan, expiry date, and the total amount of data (bytes) your account has used. This is counted server-side for quota purposes and does not include what you accessed.

Information we do not collect or log

• We do not log your browsing history, the sites or apps you use, DNS queries, or traffic content.
• We do not keep connection logs that would link network activity to an individual user.
• The app does not access your contacts, photos, location or advertising identifier, and contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Data stored on your device

Your session token is stored in the system Keychain. Server configuration, custom routing rules and proxy-chain settings are stored only on your device to establish the VPN connection and are never uploaded. Signing out or deleting the app removes them.

VPN permission

The app uses Apple's NetworkExtension (Packet Tunnel) framework to create an encrypted tunnel. When enabled, your device's traffic is routed through the server you choose solely to provide connectivity; we do not inspect or store its content.

Live support

If you choose to open "Support", a chat page provided by a third party (Crisp) opens in your browser. Information you provide there is handled under that provider's privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Account information is kept while your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the email below; we will process it within 30 days.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date.
